Acquisition of EES by Vallen Distribution
We are very pleased to announce that the EES Group have been acquired by the US company Vallen Inc. EES will now trade as EES, a Vallen company and we will continue supporting our customers as we have always done.
We wish to thank or previous investors MML for its strong support over the past five years. Their support helped the company lay the foundations needed for growth and this acquisition.
We feel that this acquisition will allow us to continue to deliver a world class service to our customers through a highly respected global company.
